Public Safety in DuPage County
The no-bail portion of the Safe-T-Act adds to the risk of crime on our streets. Laura's top priority will be community safety. She supports the County Sheriff and State's Attorney's efforts to build trust between law enforcement and communities they serve.
Traditional Family Values
Laura stands for pro-freedom, traditional American family values and opposes the indoctrination occurring in our DuPage County schools, libraries and public institutions.
Merit-based Education
Laura is fighting to restore merit-based academic excellence . Parents' can opt-out of radical "sex education" and must take charge of their child's education.
To equip students with job skills, the focus must be on high quality instruction.
Laura opposes political activism favoring equity rather than equality, censorship and gender influencing in our public institutions.
Fiscal Responsibility
Illinois has the nation's highest overall tax burden, with taxes and fees continuing to increase. Laura will advocate for the taxpaying residents and business owners of DuPage County. She will oppose budgets that rely on unnecessary tax increases, find ways to bring down the cost of living, and secure value for every tax dollar spent.
As a former elected official and lawyer, Laura will evaluate proposed spending to ensure responsible financial management as well as high-quality services for DuPage residents.
